GNU sed 3.02 for MPE/iX

GNU sed is a stream editor, typically used for automated text processing.

To build sed on MPE/iX, I have used the GNU gcc compiler package.

• also see jazz.external.hp.com

To build GNU sed on MPE/iX, you need the following files:

• sed-3.02.tar.gz (~ 258 KB) from www.gnu.org
• sed-302-ix1-delta.tar.Z (~ 6.5 KB)
• sed-302-ix1-build.txt

To just use precompiled binaries, you can use the following:

• sed-302-ix1-bin.tar.Z (~ 170 KB)
• sed-302-ix1-setup.txt
